Okay, I’ve tried the Dr. Shoal’s For Her Heel Liners and I have to say…mmm…

They have a nice jelly like quality to them and only cover the heel bottom of your shoe.

They really do cushion your foot and support it when your are in heels. I placed them in a pair of dress shoes to wear to a funeral and my feet felt great the whole day.

I highly recomend this product!

There are also Ball of Foot Cushions that can be used with the heel liners.
